Is the roofing contractor you are considering insured? Do they have references and a portfolio of recent work? How about their experience and business license? Another question to ask is if your contractor is certified to install particular roofing products (this can have warranty ramifications). If you are working with a reputable and credible roofing contractor, then none of these questions will cause an issue. Best of all, once you have selected a quality contractor, you can count on your roof to last a very long time, and you will get the protection and benefits from a new roof you deserve.
